Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use our paid services. The service is for adults purchasing activity packs for children and events.

If you provide child-related details or upload a child photo, you represent that you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide that information.

Printable Party Kits provides pre-designed printable pack previews and paid personalization for eligible pack pages. Purchases are one-time digital purchases. No physical items are shipped and no subscription is created.

• Pack pricing is shown before checkout and charged as a fixed bundle amount.
• Payment is processed through hosted Stripe Checkout.
• You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
• Personalized generation starts after successful payment confirmation.

After payment, we process your order and provide access to the personalized PDF from your order page. Download availability is time-limited (currently 30 days by default) and may expire after that period.

Because this is a personalized digital product, purchases are generally final once generation work has started or files are delivered.

If your order fails to generate, is materially defective, or cannot be delivered, contact support. We may provide a re-run, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (for example, names and uploaded photos). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to process your order, provide support, and maintain service operations.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates the privacy or rights of others.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased output for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly host, sublicense, or package purchased files as templates, printables, or commercial goods.

The site, pack templates, branding, and non-user content are owned by Printable Party Kits or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Personalized pages are generated using machine-learning systems and may vary between runs. We do not guarantee exact likeness, identical style across all pages, or perfect output in every case.

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access to our systems or service providers;
• interfere with service reliability, security, or checkout operations;
• use the service to create unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
• reverse engineer or scrape the service at abusive scale.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printable Party Kits and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printable Party Kits from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or block access to the service for abuse, security incidents, suspected fraud, or legal compliance reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Printable Party Kits operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
